Steve Sly Japanese Works of Art has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The cabinet has four doors split by a concave shaped pull out centre drawer , the four doors each have large matching brass escutchions ,the lower cupboard is fitted with a shelf great for storage of heavy bottles etc .
The box of tricks sits behind the top arched doors with glass shelves , mirrors ,glass holders, a pull out mirrored serving tray and even a light if required , all standing on crisp carved cabriole legs surmounted by a super carved arched pediment .
