Golden Oak Arts and Crafts Dresser / Sideboard Designed for Liberty

This handsome piece, dating from the early 20th century, is being offered from a dispersal sale of Arts and Crafts mainly Liberty and Scottish School pieces which will be listed in the following days.

A particularly attractive example of the Arts and Crafts movement, it is inspired iin every detail. Constructed in solid golden oak with Iron-work hinges and lock. The upper section features a pair of glazed cupboard doors fitted with distinctive bottle glass panels, opening to reveal useful shelving. Beneath is a generous open serving surface, while the substantial lower cupboard provides further shelved storage.

The dresser is in sound condition with only light signs of age and use. It is 42” long, 18” deep and 74” high, this piece is large and heavy and the delivery will require coordinating.
