The World is Made of Glass Ltd. has dated this Georgian Opaque Twist Goblet to the 18th Century.
The glass is in good condition for its age. It shows age related wear and tear to the rim of the foot commensurate with some 250 years of use. It has a rough pontil mark on the underside of the foot.
The glass has a rounded bucket-shaped bowl measuring 12.2 cm (4.9 inches) in diameter at the rim.
The stem ends in a conical foot which measures 11.3 cm (4.5 inches) in diameter. The glass is 24 cm (9.6 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration. Having said that we believe that the foot was originally wider and has been professionally ground down at some time in the past. There are a small number of tiny inclusions in the metal of the foot dating from manufacture.

English lead glass weighing in at 715 g. (~ 1 lb. 9 oz.). The last image shows the glass against a smaller standard sized opaque twist wine glass for contrast only. The smaller glass is NOT included in the price.
