Empire Period Harris Lebus Oak Compactum C1900-15

This is a Superior Quality Empire Period Oak Gentleman''s Compactum c1900-15. It is raised on short legs with a single lower long drawer and is all of its original fittings. The Upper Wardobe section has a wonderful look with top quality fittings throughout. There is a shoe rack to the bottom with upper haanging rail that pulls out. The left hand inner door has a tie rack with the right hand door having a mirror. The right hand side has two drawers with open sections with lovely guard rails. The colour is a wonderful mellow colour. For travelling comes in two pieces with the doors removed.
 
When this piece was made we ruled more than a 1/3 of the Planet, Our Navy was something to behold and be wary of, Goods and Products flowed from every corner of the planet to us. Our passport was blue as it will be again and we were proud to say we were British.
