A fine quality Edwardian inlaid mahogany mantel clock with Paris made 8 day movement, fully serviced and working c.1900. The solid figured mahogany case with moulded plinth to the base, narrow stem above and slightly angled sides to the top section. The front strung with fruitwood and inlaid to the stem with a stylised grape vine pattern. Convex porcelain dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands, sat behind a matching convex glass, which is mounted in a polished brass bezel. The 8 day Paris made movement with platform escapement, full serviced and working. Presented in immaculate condition with a rich colour and polish. For clocks and barometers bought from us, we also offer a setting up service by our trained personnel (local deliveries only).
Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance for the item whilst in transit and a guaranteed tracked delivery.
