The vases are finished in deep cobalt blue with gilded scrollwork and neoclassical ornamentation. Each bears the “Drei Gewehre” (Three Rifles) mark used by Rudolstadt, alongside the phrase “Manufactured in Austria” — a designation reflecting the commercial practice of enhancing export appeal through Austrian branding. The presence of such mark indicates that the vases were produced exactly for the American market, as such export markings were commonly used to comply with U.S. import regulations. The Wahliss workshop is well-documented for producing high-quality decorative porcelain for the international luxury market, combining technical precision with aesthetic refinement. These vases are of particular interest to collectors of Art Nouveau porcelain and Central European decorative arts.
