Delightful little Art Nouveau side cabinet in oak c.1905. 31" wide with an overhanging top over an open shelf, a single drawer and a two door cupboard fitted with a single shelf inside (internal depth 11.5"). Striking Art Nouveau or Arts & Crafts style design. Of tapering form with beautiful carved fruit tree detail to the door panels. The organic theme continues in the plant forms of the wonderful brass hinges and escutcheon plates. Note also the shaped detail where the bottom rails meet the legs. Unusual battened sides in oak. Oak drawer linings, shelf and back panels. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied for the drawer and cupboard.
