Cruciform serving bottle with narrow neck and three ring string rim English c1730.

Neck internal dia. 1 cm.

Rim dia: 9.5 cm.

Base: 9 x 9.5 cm.

Weight: 1.25 kg.

Condition: Very good.

Delivery by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and signed.

Note: A good heavy exaple.It is thought by some, that the cruciform cross sectional form evolved in order to provide a larger surface area thus rapidly increasing the cooling effect when placed in wine coolers.
