A mid Victorian drop dial clock timepiece in a plain mahogany case, the frame with plain moulded edge around a cast gilt brass bezel with bevelled glass and locking function over a 12” off-white painted dial with Roman numerals and outer minute track in black, spade hands and an 8-day fusee timepiece movement, English circa 1860. Supplied with case key, winding key and pendulum.
Condition: Overall very good, the clock is in very good condition with no damage to the case, the dial has the original paint and is in excellent condition, there is a small but stable crack to the glass of about 1” around 7 o’clock, the movement has been fully serviced and overhauled and is in excellent working order.
