A Quality oak Lancashire Longcase clock of very good proportions with full 12 inch brass dial showing silvered Chapter ring, Calendar and dial centre with gilt spandrels to the dial corners. The hood with columns and a swan neck pediment , with mahogany crossbanding around the door and reverse painted glass known as Verre eglomise above. The trunk in Oak with mahogany crossbanding, quarter columns and panelled base.The eight day movement strikes upon a bell on the hour with hour count.
