Here we have a beautiful quality George III Oak 8 day longcase clock by George Brown of Beverley, the case having a swept pediment with an urn paterae to the central pediment and is flanked by wooden urn finials, the white dial decorated profusely with flowers and having Roman numerals and painted with the name Geo. Brown, Beverley and having a subsidiary seconds dial below the 12 o''clock position and a semi circular date aperture.
The case is in fine condition and both keys are present, the clock is running and keeping good time.
