An 18th century French, painted, walnut armoire. This comprises of two doors and a fitted interior. The fielded panel doors and sides have simulated marble decoration in slate blues and greys, with off white veining, as does the bottom moulding. This piece stands on its original tall bun feet. The coral painted interior has two pull out preparation slides, with chunky brass ring handles. Above and below are two nicely shaped shelves. All metal work is original. We have redecorated the piece in our workshop, replicating the minute traces and colours of the original paint. Circa 1750.
