A late 17th century north country court cupboard with later restorations. Constructed from oak, the cupboard is finely carved with lunette designs ,spandrels, arcaded doors with turned roundels flanking a central foliate carved panel, again flanked by two finely turned baluster supports. The cupboard is one piece and consists of two small doors over one large door which has a slight twist ,commensurate with age.
Overall the cupboard is in excellent condition and has a superb colour and patina.
