Regency Mahogany Bedside Cabinet

19th century
Description

This is an elegant mahogany, Regency period nightstand or bedside table in the Chippendale taste dating from around 1800.

The table is a practical piece with lower drawer with is original brass handle set in the open fretwork frieze under the central tier. This has elegant tapering legs with pad feet and a matching pierced frieze to the upper surface.

The piece is in nice clean condition ready for use.

The cabinet measures 80 cms high 37 cms wide by 37 cms deep.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
