Description

For your consideration is this very charming and cut glass preserve jar stood on a silver plated stand with matching lid with bakelite handle. The stand itself is very attractive marked E.P.N.S indicating the electro plating of the silver, lovely filigree pattern to the edges. The glass preserve jar itself is really the hero of the piece, not only is it in remarkable condition but has a wonderful geometric pattern in a combination of jet black enamel with etched detailing and frost glass panels. Overall the condition is superb, only signs of age or to note is there is mild surface scratching to the plating, which is by means unsightly but mentioned here for accuracy.
