A black japanned and chinoiserie decorated clock by Daniel gossier, of London.
The case with early eighteenth century chinoiserie work, more restrained than later in the century, and having a gilded blind fret above the hood door.
The 12'' square dial with ringed winding holes , calendar aperture and subsidiary seconds having an eight day duration movement. The whole in excellent condition.
