Circa 1850 with adaptations. Quality early Victorian breakfront burr walnut open bookcase with adjustable shelves. Surmounted by a moulded burr walnut cornice above a matching frieze, the three section bookcase, deeper centrally, each with five adjustable shelves all separated and flanked by simple pilasters with central roundel decorations. All sitting on a breakfront enclosed plinth base. lovely quality veneers with mellow colour and excellent figuring.
