A Tidy Painted Victorian Teal & Blue Antique /Old Pine 1 Door Storage Cupboard

This cupboard is in good condition. We have professionally stripped and restored it and then painted it in a lovely teal paint and blue undercoat giving it a stunning patina.

The cupboard would look well in an old or modern property on a large landing for storage of linen etc amongst similar antique pine furniture. The wardrobe is in one piece so your stairs need to be straight with no turns and it is heavy so we will need a hand off the van with it into your hallway.

The cupboard stands on bracket feet supporting the main section. There is one large drawer to the bottom with a brass cup handle. The drawer has dovetail joints and is pine lined. There is one large door above standing on original victorian pin hinges. The door has two tall thin panels with a moulding around the edge. There is a key that locks the door. The top has a standard graduated cornice that is angled to the corners. Behind the door there are shelves that are not fixed so you could take these out or put more in etc.

The height is 181cm, the width is 87cm and the depth is 45cm.

Shipping /delivery is equally as important to us as the item of furniture itself. It is simple; we deliver everything personally in England / Wales so this way we are 100% sure that the item / furniture reaches our customers safe and sound. We NEVER use couriers. Delivery is generally within 7-14 days of purchase. We guarantee delivery anywhere in England / Wales within 21 days of purchase.

Deliveries to Scotland as far north as Perth are guaranteed within 6 weeks of purchase. If delivery is required above Perth in Scotland please contact James on 07957 392 074 or

Deliveries are either carried out by David or James as one member of the team is required to stay in the warehouse, therefore we do require assistance from the van into your hallway with the item of furniture. We have set delivery days and once the van is loaded (a day prior to delivery) David will call customers to arrange a two hour delivery time slot. Customers will also receive a text when delivery is 30 minutes away.

It is really helpful if customers can provide their ‘what3words’ location to make delivery as smooth

as possible, especially properties in rural locations.

Ireland Deliveries

We do use a very good courier company called DVM Service to deliver goods to Ireland. We ask the customer to pay this company direct for the delivery charge and we then liaise with DVM regarding collection of a customer’s item of furniture to be shipped to Ireland.

Europe & Rest of the World

We do not ship to Europe or the Rest of the World.
