1900s Cut Glass and Bronze Light Fitting

Description

A superb early 20th-century light fitting combining a finely cut glass dome and bronze framework in the Louis XVI style. The dome is decorated with diamond and fluted patterns and toped by a flaming shaped finial. Around the base, cast bronze mounts feature laurel swags, ribbon ties and classical masks, all retaining a beautiful natural patina.

The interior retains its original multi-arm electrical fitting, now requiring rewiring.
