A most impressive clock with silvered roman dial and ‘Breguet hands’ within a foliate ormolu bezel, supported by a pair of hippocampus above a rectangular waffle cut glass body on ormolu plinth standing on four feet. The eight day French movement with silk suspended pendulum, bell strike on the hour and half. The movement and pendulum impressed 3705.
In beautiful condition throughout, the movement having been professionally overhauled and serviced.
