This late Georgian Scottish oak longcase clock by James Will of Law Kirk stands 214 cm high, 47 cm wide, and 23 cm deep. The woodwork exhibits a warm brown hue with visible grain patterns across the rectangular base, trunk, and hood. The clock houses an eight-day movement behind a glass face protected within an arched door. A painted dial displays black Roman numerals alongside subsidiary dials and floral artwork in the arch above. The architectural hood incorporates a swan-neck pediment centred by a brass-and-black eagle finial, flanked by slender brass-trimmed columns at the front corners. Below the dial, the long trunk contains a central wooden door with an arched top, fitted with a small keyhole and dark hardware. The stepped plinth base rests flat upon the floor.
