Pair Antique William Morris Burleigh Ware Vases

Description

This is a very attractive pair of porcelain Arts and Crafts style Burleigh ware vases with a William Morris design dating from around 1890. The vases are in perfect condition with no damage or restoration and have stunning blues and mauve colours to the body with a lovely contrasting lemon to the necks. The bold stylised fish design is a typical Morris motif and classic Arts and Crafts era design.

The vases are a nice size measuring 15 cms high by 12 cms in diameter.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
