Here we have a wonderful rare Victorian burr Oak cabinet of drawers c1850. As you can see the cabinet has stunning colour and patina. There is a quarter sawn top with wonderful colour and a moulded edge with ebonised band. There is a single burr Oak door with moulded front and a framed cartouche. Internally there are six drawers all made from solid Mahogany with hand cut dovetail joints. The whole sits on a moulded plinth base. The cabinet retains the original working lock stamped with the V crown R cipher and key. A super and very useful bedroom, sitting room or collectors cabinet in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 87 cm high 44 cm deep 57 cm wide.
