A large and impressive 19th Century Japanese Imari lidded vase. Having a wonderful mythical Foo Dog finial to the lid, classical orange ground with scrolling foliate and floral decoration, inset hand painted panels depicting Geisha girls and courtiers in the grounds of various pagoda buildings.
