Also Unusually and presumably done to Enhance the Look of the Clock, the Hood Door with Columns Included is Not Hinged but Flush Fitted to the Case and then Locked into Place from Inside. Height 81.5in or 207cm.

The Engraved Silvered Dial would also have been Top End Quality of the day with the Seconds & Date Chapter Dials Made from Separate Brass Discs rather than from Just One Sheet of Brass.
The 30 Hour Post Bell Striking Movement has been Checked, Oiled and Tested to be in Full and Good Antique Working Condition with Seconds and Date Dials. Faux Silent Strike Dial.
