Item Reference: M-6400
DIMENSIONS:
Height – 51cm / Width - 118cm / Depth - 45cm
CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age.
The front also shows light marks and stains (pictured). The escutcheon and hinges are later replacements. A historic repair is visible to the right-hand side of the lid, and a later interior brace has been fitted beneath the lid to provide additional support, though it is not structural. There is also evidence of historical woodworm, now long gone and fully treated as a precaution. The coffer remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a good example of its kind.
