I have for sale an 1890 French carriage clock made in France, the clocks case and movement have both been fully restored ultrasonic cleaned and the movement re-built oiled run, and tested.
This is a genuine French cloisonné enamel carriage clock, not a modern reproduction or China copy.
The Case
This case has the Cloisonné enamel front pillars rear pillars and top and bottom banding.
The Dial
The dial is in original condition silvered chapter ring with black Arabic numerals and contains the original black ornate hands.
The Movement
The movement is an eight-day time only, the movement has been fully ultrasonic cleaned and hand polished serviced, and oiled so the clock is keeping good time over the eight days.
Overall a very rare beautiful quality carriage clock by a quality French maker that looks stunning on display and contains all of its original features this is quite a rare find these days.
