A 19th.Century French brass gorge cased carriage clock, the perfect white enamel dial signed Le Roy et Fils, 13 to 15 Palais Royal, Paris and 211 Regent Street, London. The gorge brass shaped case having a swing handle and repeater button. The back plate having a further Le Roy and address signature with impressed number 15112 which is also on the base and case. The whole in unrestored but working condition and retaining the worn red leather case. and key. Dimensions of Clock (flat handle)- Height…6’’/ 15cm. Width…4’’/ 10cm. Depth…3.5’’/ 9cm.
