A exceptional pair of Georgian mahogany candlesticks. The turned socle bases with lead weights under and an unusual finely carved collar supporting the twisted baluster and fluted column and brass sconce. In very good and original condition and retaining a good colour and waxed patina. 350mm high and 140mm diameter. English. Circa 1780.
