This stunning Boulle clock, made by Potonie Paris, bears a signature on the dial and movement. The eight-day movement chimes on the hour and half-hour. It is an exceptional Victorian timepiece, embellished with detailed Boulle inlays of brass, mother of pearl, and tortoiseshell on ebonized wood. The pendulum and the surrounding dial are crafted from elaborate gilt brass, rendering the clock an impressive piece for any collection.
