Its About Time has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The slender hands are blued steel. The case is made from hammered copper which has then been silver plated. It stands on splendid 'Bun' feet with a little decoration above and then a small oval motif on the center line of the base. It really does need to be seen in 'real life' to fully appreciate. There are a couple of tiny marks on the glass but you have to be very close to see them.
