This is a mid 19th Century Bohemian Gothic Revival glass decanter. It was made circa 1850. It has a distinctive stopper, conical with a scalloped rim. The body of the decanter is of a flared octagonal section, and it has a star cut base. The glass has a slight yellow tinge.The tip of the decanter is chipped. One of the protruding areas to the side of the stopper has at some point been broken and glued. Another of the protruding sections on the stopper has a chip. There is a crack running around the lower ring on the neck. There are chips to most of the corners around the lower body and base, and also on the star cut base.
