Boulle Clock, ParisA fine French ''Boulle'' mantel clock , striking hourly and half hourly on a coiled gong. The gilt dial with 12 vitreous enamelled number cartouches showing Roman numerals, polished blued steel hands and a cast brass decorative bezel surround. The case is typical of Boulle work, after Andre-Charles Boulle and has a good level of detail, it is worth noting this is the model with ''Boulle'' decoration on the sides too. Standing on ''C'' scroll bracket feet and a fine cast gilded finial to the top . Made in Paris around 1880 stamped H & F and numbered.
