Unusual 1920'S Painted Grandmother Clock

Description

This is a quite unusual painted grandmother clock from the 1920's period finished in its original crackle glazed cream and gilt paintwork ,the clock has the added benefit of a pretty painted three hole dial giving this clock an eight day chiming mechanism , it also comes with original pendulem and key ,although no door key available.

In our opinion this lovely decorative object will fit into the setting of a quaint old cottage or a contempary apartment.

The condition is lovely , it winds freely in all three holes and ticks away nicely , we only sell longcase clocks as decorative pieces of furniture , although in working order we would always recomend you have a clock expert service and set it up as an accurate timepiece if required.
