Description

Antique 19th century Victorian blanket box in rustic pine, a wonderfully characterful piece with a simple traditional design and plenty of practical appeal.

Resting on a plinth base, the box is fitted with a handle to either side, adding to its classic utilitarian appearance.

Lifting the top lid reveals a generous storage compartment, providing ample room for blankets, linens, bedding or other household belongings.

The rustic pine is particularly attractive, displaying a beautiful natural grain and lovely colour with plenty of individuality developed over time.

Its uncomplicated form allows the aged character of the timber to remain the focus, giving the piece an authentic and inviting appearance.
