Antique 19th century Victorian blanket box in pine, a charming and practical piece showcasing the beautiful lighter tones of the timber.

Resting on a plinth base, the box has a simple traditional form that allows the character of the pine to stand out.

Two handles are fitted to either side, making a useful and authentic addition to its classic design.

The hinged lid lifts to reveal a generous storage compartment, offering plenty of room for blankets, linens, bedding or other household belongings.

Beautiful grain and light, warm colour flow throughout the pine, giving the piece a fresh appearance while retaining plenty of genuine Victorian character.
