A lovely, totally original English 18th century solid elm antique plank coffer that is still in the original dark blue paint finish.
 
A beautiful, simple model with lovely wear to the blue paint top the top which hinges up well on original iron Blacksmith made hinges. Stands on shaped arched sides. In superb condition and clean inside. English and dating to around 1770.
