A lovely plain polished silver tablespoon with no engraved patterns, only the initial H on the front finial of the spoon.
On the back of the spoon are hallmarks I.T for James Tookey, the lion passant for sterling silver, the London Assay Office mark & a date letter which is hard to read but likely to be 1759.
This spoon would grace a dining table setting beautifully.
Condition: In great antique condition, with some fine surface scratching and light wear commensurate with age.
Measurements: Length: 21.5 cm Bowl max measurements 7.5 x 4.3 cm Weight: 50g
