Exeter Silver Tablespoon

Description

A good example of a large solid Sterling silver tablespoon. It is in the popular fiddle pattern and has a delicate engraved C on the tip of the handle. It is a good quality piece and weighs approximately 38g.

It is fully hallmarked for Exeter, 1823 and the maker Joseph Hicks.

It is in very good condition with clear hallmarks. There are no major damages and it displays well. There are some faint surface scratches and a few light marks and dinks but nothing detrimental.

Approximate Measurements :

Length : 7" / 18cm

Bowl : 1 1/2" / 4cm x 2 3/4" / 7cm
