Exhibit Antiques has dated this Victorian Engraved Glass Plate to the Victorian era.
A finely engraved mid-19th-century engraved serving plate dating to c1850.
It has been engraved around the rim with a fruiting vine and then in the central depression on the underside, we have engraved pomegranates surrounding a large central strawberry (which when turned also looks like a pineapple). Polished ponil.
A very unusual example and rare in the respect that we have never seen one before.
