A fine pair of early 19th century Swedish classically inspired two branch Empire period gilt bronze candelabra. Two branches with floral arms attached to a central stem with a beautiful, delicate bee hive design base atop columns decorated with an ormolu depiction of the Allegory of Europe, with her cornucopia astride a stallion from the series of the four continents. Block bases. Swedish, first quarter 19th century.
