A smart and extremely well made pair of antique mahogany military campaign style bedside chests with leather tops. They were made in England, and date from around the 1900-1920 period.

The quality is outstanding, they are beautifully designed and are a great size. The mahogany has a lovely colour tone and patina, offset nicely by the brass fixtures and handles. The leather tops have a gorgeous brown colour tone, with gold tooling around the edges. They stand on plinth bases and have lots of storage space inside the generous drawers.

We have had them recently re-polished, the condition is great for their age. There is a fair bit of patina and some small old marks and bumps here and there, commensurate for age.
