Clockwise is delighted to welcome into its collection this extremely fine quality ebonised bracket clock from the esteemed makers Winterhalder and Hofmeier. This clock is in truly magnificent condition having enjoyed deep and full refurbishments to the dial, case and movement. Every element of this clock has been stripped down and restored. The decorative brass dial with spandrels to the corners has a matted finish to the dial inner and a silvered chapter ring with a fine timing adjustment dial above the twelve with fleur de lys brass surrounds. The movement is another high quality fantastic Winterhalder and Hofmeier ting tang example that strikes every quarter on two gongs and the hour on a solitary gong. Original hands compliment the overall appearance. The case as you can see from the photos has been stripped and refinished with the sound frets re-lined and all the original brass-work polished.
