This fabulous Spanish brown leather trunk with beautiful brass stud-work which includes floral studs has a domed lid and dates from the late 17th / early 18th century.This antique chest which was hand crafted has wrought iron fittings which include side carrying handles, hasp, escutcheon and lock which are all original. The box can be locked and opened using the key.This strongbox which would have been used to store valuables has a blue velvet interior, an aged patina and has a stunning decorative look.Material: Wood.
