This large substantial tankard dates to c1800 but bears no makers marks. Made of Old Sheffield Plate and seamed visibly to the interior and exterior. Beautifully decorative ridging to the exterior. Engraved for the intials ''GH'' to the front.
In good condition with some surface wear and copper bleed to the raised edges.
