Six delightful glass cut/etched champagne coupes, assembled to form a ''harlequin'' set. Harlequin sets comprise individual examples placed together to celebrate a combination of their similarities and differences. This fine set all date from the late 19th Century to the early 20th Century and are detailed as follows.
1. Etched band of garlands and ribbons. Double bladed knop to stem.
2. Etched geometric and Greek Key pattern. Bladed knop to baluster stem and collar to bowl and foot.
3. Alternate thumbnail and oval cutting to bowl. Collar to foot.
4. Plain bowl. Small bladed knop to baluster stem and polished pontil to foot.
5. Thumbnail cut bowl. Cut baluster stem with supporting foot collar.
6. Wrythen optic ribbing to bowl and plain stem.
