A pair of very heavy silver plated chargers. Both date to the mid 19th Century and are marked for maker ''SB GG''. One is engraved to the reverse for ''Presented by Mrs MacFadzean to the Ardrossan New Church 1851'' and the other for ''Presented by Mrs MacFadzean to the New Church and Parish of Ardrossan 5th June 1851''. A very impressive pair of salvers.
The condition is good overall with no dents or splits. Slight signs of age related and some faint surface scratching as is to be expected. Otherwise a very solid pair of platters.
Weight approx 3kg.
Diameter approx 35.5cm.
Depth approx 2.5cm.
All UK Mainland Postage is included in the price of the item. Parcels under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and over 2kg by Parcelforce 48.
