Description

An elegant George III peiod figured mahogany Linen Press with delightdul moulded 'tear-drop' cornice above panelled doors with re-entrant corner mouldings, encloing all of the original sliding trays. Below the low-set waist moulding there are two short and two long drawers, raised on beautiful splayed feet.

A delightfully proportion piece constructed in beatiful figured mahogany and oak linings.

In Country house condition with some 'tired' areas of polish, a missng waist moulding on the left side and replaced brass swan-neck handles, between which there are signs of where small 'bun handles' have been fitted at sometime in the past. Can be restored in-house at a cost of £480 or can be purchased as is.
