A very good 17th Century Oak Coffer with crisply carved front having arcaded panels with lozenge centre. The top and bottom rails with lunette patten and the uprights with stiff leaf decoration. The lunette carving is repeated on the top rail of the ends. Of good colour and in nice clean condition to the interior, the tinned butterfly hinges are original. A fitted section has at some stage been added to the interior, this can be removed if required.
