This glorious looking little clock is totally original.The 8 day duration, 4 pillar, gut fusee movement with Anchor Recoil escapement and rectangular plates.Behind an 8'' diameter painted iron dial with its original base paint and the typical John Walker hands (black painted brass with a pronounced spade to the hour hand). Having an outer divided minute track with triangular hour markings, Roman hour numerals and the centre bearing ''B.R.(E)'' and numbered ''9533'' (this is also written on the rear of the dial and the number is stamped onto the rear of the case).Contained in a dark mahogany case with a one-piece shaped surround. The back box has a side access door and a locking and cockbeaded regulation door to the rounded bottom.
